1. Account and eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your device, session, API keys, and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for activity authorised through your account.
2. Remote coding service
Vyben runs instructions only against repositories and installations you authorise. Work is produced on an isolated review branch. You must review generated code, tests, diffs, licences, security implications, and costs before approving a draft pull request or using an output. Vyben does not merge your default branch.
AI output can be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or similar to existing material. It is not professional legal, security, medical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your code and deployment decisions.
3. Connected services and credentials
GitHub, AI providers, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, and other selected services have their own terms. You grant Vyben only the access needed to perform requested features. Do not submit credentials or data you are not authorised to use. Future OpenClaw or Hermes connections are not available unless the app explicitly marks them as enabled.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not access systems, repositories, or data without permission.
- Do not distribute malware, evade safeguards, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use Vyben to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy, or a provider's terms.
- Do not attempt to extract another user's secrets, artifacts, or runner identity.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Vyben a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and transform that content only to operate and secure the service. Vyben and its original product materials remain ours. Third-party and generated outputs may carry separate rights or obligations.
6. Subscriptions
Prices, trial length, renewal period, and included limits are shown before purchase. Store purchases are billed and cancelled through the selling store. Web subscriptions are managed by Stripe. Except where law or the selling platform requires otherwise, charges are non-refundable. Deleting an account cancels active Stripe billing; you must separately manage Apple or Google subscriptions.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
Features may change, be rate-limited, or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We may suspend abusive or unsafe activity. You may stop using Vyben and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including payment, responsibility, warranty, and liability terms, continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyben is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Vyben is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages, or for changes you approve and deploy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves and will date the current version. Continued use after an effective update means you accept it where allowed by law. Questions can be sent to hello@vyben.app.
