Using Vyben

You may use Vyben only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your project content, and the credentials you choose to connect.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.
• We may suspend access if use creates security, abuse, or legal risk.

Subscriptions

• Vyben may offer a free tier and optional Pro subscriptions.
• Mobile subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Play Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store billing system.
• Prices, plan limits, and packaging may change for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Vyben to violate law, infringe rights, or abuse third-party services.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, billing, or platform safeguards.
• Do not upload malware or use the service to attack other systems.

Your content and connected services

You retain ownership of the content you create in Vyben. You are responsible for any repositories, prompts, files, or API keys you connect to the service.

Service changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We may also revise feature limits and packaging as Vyben evolves.

Disclaimers

Vyben includes AI-assisted workflows. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by you before use in production. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.
